Dayton Liederkranz-Turner’s spacious, air-conditioned ballroom with bar and stage is available for wedding receptions, concerts, parties and other gatherings.
Convenient free parking is available.
– Must be a Member of the DLT or a Non-Profit organization
– $550 base rate for the Great Hall
– $150 base rate for the Alpine Room
– $150 base rate for the Ratskeller (kitchen is not for rent)
– It is a 5 hour rental or until midnight (whichever comes first)
– Extension of hours will be $125 for each additional hour of the Great Hall – 4 hours of decoration time is included in the Rental fee (normally the day before) – Excessive clean up will be charged at $75 per event (will be determined by the DLT staff) – A 10% down payment (rounded to the next full $10) is required upon approval of the rental by the DLT Board.
– There will be a fee of $100 for each Bartender. One Bartender per fifty guests is the requirement. The Bartenders have to be active trained Bartenders from the DLT and DLT members.
